  Today's experience at the Covington location has turned me off Applebee's for a while. Server was Ashley. Service was slow...very slow. There was no flatware on the table even after the salads finally arrived at the table. We had to ask for the flatware. Ordered the All-American burger and it arrived without lettuce, tomato, pickles & onions. Ashley came back with the above after it was pointed out that it was missing a few minutes later, but the lettuce looked more like shredded cabbage than lettuce. We boxed everything up and left. Not sure when or if we'll return to that location.

  Worst service ever. Will never go back. We got seated right away. Waitresses kept walking by us like we were invisible. After 15 minutes I stopped one and said we were ready to order they said they would find our waitress after another 15 minutes we pressed the button on the screen to call our sever and still no one showed. The worse part the place wasn't even packed. We just decided to leave. On the way out I stopped one of the Waitresses and ask to speak to a manager and the waitress asked what the problem was I told her and she told me the manager was to busy to speak to us and I said we were leaving and she said okay. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I called Applebee's corporate they stated they would notify owner immediately and they said someone from the franchise would be in contact. Still waiting for the concerned franchise owner to call. I won't hold my breath.
