When she picked up, all I heard was background noise. Simultaneously I said "hello?" while she said "American Deli" followed by "yeesss?". When I told her I'd like to place an order, she said "okay" and paused. I wasn't sure if she was ready so I was waiting for her to ask for a name or say go ahead with your order...instead, she says "ookkaaayyyy?" again. I told her I was sorry and didn't know she was ready because I didn't hear anything, but never mind and hung up. I will never try to order from them again.July 10, 2016
